- Establishing and maintaining effective consultation and communication mechanisms.
- Providing adequate training and resources to establish, implement and maintain the entire HSECQ Management System.
- Establishing, monitoring and measuring Quality objectives and targets.
- Raising awareness of Company policies with all employees and stressing personal accountability.
- Empowering employees to improve Quality Management System processes in their areas of responsibility.
- Responding promptly to customer demands and providing a high quality service.
- Continually improving the HSECQ Management System through review - both internal and external, maintenance and promotion.
All employees and subcontractors are expected to participate actively in, and accept individual responsibility for their HSECQ interactions and work in partnership with management to ensure compliance whilst seeking continuous improvement.
